What are your shipping options?
We have 5 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the Racine, Wi area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
*Please keep in mind that weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
Free Local Pickup - I offer free local pickup in Racine, WI. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email.
**Please be advised that due to peak season, as well as COVID-19 restrictions, some shipping times may be delayed**
There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.
Custom Made Orders:
Custom Made Orders of any kind will be processed and completed between 4-5 weeks. During holiday season and special occasions please take note that processing times may be extended. You will always be updated on all orders and times.
Pre-Order Boutique ordering times is 4-10 weeks unless listed different. This DOES NOT include shipping time to you from me. This needs to be taken into consideration when ordering for an occasion or holiday.
What is Processing Time?
Processing time is the time is takes me to order and complete your custom item. This DOES NOT include the shipping times. This should be taken into account before ordering.
Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. For free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
